Smartt Vision
I’m not here to sugarcoat love stories. I’m here to tell the truth—mine, and maybe yours too.
I’m Clarissa Smartt-author, veteran, Georgia girl, and woman who’s lived, learned, and finally said no more. After 11 years of marriage, I found myself single again, standing at the edge of love with a suitcase full of hope and absolutely no playbook. What came next was dating in the wild, real lessons in boundaries, and a whole lot of “What the hell was that?”
I didn’t just go through it. I wrote it down.
My debut book, Played No More: Lessons in Love, Respect, and Boundaries, is a personal collection of dating stories told with humor, honesty, and heart. It’s not about dragging anyone—it’s about uplifting yourself. Through every chapter, I break down types we’ve all met: the smooth talkers, the dream-sellers, the ego trippers, and the ones who make you question your own clarity. Been there. Wrote the receipts.
But this isn’t just about relationships. It’s about self-respect. It’s about recognizing your worth before someone else misuses it. It’s about laughing through the pain and finding peace on the other side. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that healing starts when you stop blaming yourself for other people’s confusion.
